TAP built its reputation on how we started training younger athletes, using a holistic method - covering not just their fundamental sporting skills, but also working on their mindset both on and off the field. We are known for our caring family vibe, all of the athletes we worth with we follow them for most of their careers and get to know them and their family really well. We’re also known for our wide range of knowledge in a wide range of areas with our AMAZING team of coaches all skilled and legendary in their own right. We are constantly growing and building on how we can continue to teach, coach and train athletes beyond what they think is possible. We teach them how to be exceptional athletes and exceptional humans.

We aim to provide every Athlete a professional, innovative and creative training experience that helps to support their own achievement related to their sports goals.

Our way of training offers a variety of innovative and creative drills and exercises that not only challenges them physically but, mentally. 

 
 

​All four pillars will help any Athlete regardless of what goal or sport they play, to reach their peak performance for game day. We believe that if any one of these pillars are missing or less than 80%, an Athlete will never be able to perform or train at their best or near 100%.
